You have 2 options for getting your tip-up repaired.

If you chose to send them to us, please do not forget to include your name, shipping address & phone number along with instructions for repair.
If it's just a re-lube, send only the main assembly. It will save you money on shipping.
Please remove all line from spools!!!
As of 8/22/2011 turn-around time is approximately 7-10 business days. We will call you when your tip-up is done.
Please do not send CC numbers in the mail. You pay for everything when your tip-up is ready to be shipped back to you.
FYI--The summer is a great time to get your tip-ups in for repair...turn around time is much faster!!
